Disposition versions
207. The installation and subsequent operation of an oil separator that discharges wastewater into the environment at a rate of less than 10 m3 per day are exempted from authorization pursuant to this Subdivision on the following conditions:
(1) the separator is compliant with CAN/ULC S656 or at least an equivalent standard;
(2) the wastewater is discharged 100 m or more from a category 1 or 2 water withdrawal site or 30 m or more from a category 3 groundwater withdrawal site.
